FashionManager Electronic Data Interchange (FM EDI)
FM EDI connects you electronically with your retail trading partners. As a fully integrated component of the FM ERP system, FM EDI delivers major cost savings by eliminating the need for third-party EDI services and related waste and errors due to double entry.
EDI transactions are available to sales and production immediately upon receipt. Receive 850 order transmissions from retailers into FM ERP and immediately generate reports. Send out 856 ASN and 810 invoices automatically upon shipping goods through the FM WHAMS warehousing system. Dispute chargebacks by querying FM ERP to verify what cartons, styles, colors and sizes shipped on the ASN.
