About the Screenshot

When the milestone is given an actual day that it was completed an automatic e-mail will be generated in the CCT system and get sent to whom-ever is put in charge of that check-point. You can have single users assigned to multiple checkpoints.

In this example all of the milestones are running behind schedule, because the actual date the milestone we actualized is after its originally calculated date. Now a new calculated cycle has been generated and shows the new expected ex-factory date.
